We know how time-consuming and frustrating finding a preceptor can sometimes be – we would like to help you find a preceptor who meets your needs without the added stress of searching/interviewing on top of your busy schedule. NP Clinical Match contracts with an array of nurse practitioners and physicians in family practice and specialty areas that we can match you with to complete your clinical hours.

To begin, please complete the form below. All fields marked with a red “*” are required including your university name and the number and type of clinical hours you need. You will note that we also ask for 2 references – these may be references of your choosing, but please consider having at least one be a current instructor or employer. The references you provide will be sent an email reference form to complete online – please make sure you have their correct contact information. We also ask that you upload your current resume/CV (.PDF or .doc accepted).
After we receive your completed form, resume/CV and your two references, we will contact you to discuss your matching needs, the total cost of your clinical match (matching services are $8 per clinical hour), and the availability of preceptors in your area. At the conclusion of your clinical rotation, we will reach out to you for brief feedback on your experience.
